MY STORY

My name is Deon and I am the founder of Atmosphere Byron Bay. I’ve been in the Northern Rivers for over 20 years and love that there are so many stunning nature pockets I can spend time in. I am a mother to a kind
earth-angel, love cooking (and eating) healthy food and exploring new places and I am passionate about nature, animals and the environment as a whole, and believe in sustainable business. I also have a passion for helping others realise their version of success through doing what they love. My first job was in the publicity department at Channel Nine and from there I ventured to Europe to live and work in the fashion industry as a runway model in that fabulous time of the 90’s (as they say all that fun and no evidence!!) Over the years I have worked in Events Management, Content Creation, Marketing and PR. I have presented on air, taught presentation skills and been involved in the film and television industry whilst acquiring a degree in Communications and Media along the way. With the realisation of Atmosphere Creative, I am focussed on assisting clients achieve their marketing goals and creating an atmosphere for them to express their ideas and bring them to life in an authentic way that adds value to their customers. My friends say I am proactive and determined but I’m definitely from the fun side of the island! |
